Our expert alterations team has over 30 years of shared experience and are committed to ensuring the highest level of excellence. Our seamstresses will work with you to alter, hand sew, and care for your gown through the entire process.
What to Expect During Your Alterations Experience
- All wedding gowns need to be altered and will require multiple alteration fitting appointments.
- Alterations are a flat fee of $995. Extra charges apply to additional changes beyond the standard alteration package.
- If you wish to have your alterations completed near your home, we can have your dress shipped to your address for a fee. We are unable to recommend seamstresses in other locations and are not responsible for a wedding dress once it leaves our premises.
- Your gown was ordered based on your measurements at the time of the order, so not expect it to fit perfectly at your first fitting. This is normal! Your seamstress will pin your dress in all the right places to ensure your gown fits perfectly.
- After your final fitting, your dress will be given one final quality inspection, pressed, and packed. Your dress will be ready for pick up the week of your wedding.
What to Bring to Your Fitting Appointment
- Any bra or undergarments that you plan to wear on the day of your wedding.
- The shoes you will be wearing on the day of your wedding, so your seamstress can complete the hem.
